Recipe:
Chicken breast 2 pieces |
Shrimp (peeled) 1 lb |
Cajun seasoning 2 tbsp |
Heavy cream 1 cup |
Parmesan 1/2 cup |
Penne pasta 12 oz |

Directions:
- Season the prteins: Coat your chicken and shrimp with Cajun seasoning. Ensure every piece is fully coated to achieve the best flavour.
- Cook the penne by boiling it according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the chicken and shrimp: In a skillet, sauté the chicken over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Take it out of the pan and set it aside. In the same pan, cook the shrimp until they turn pink, then remove them from the skillet.
- Prepare the sauce: In the same pan, add the heavy cream, stirring to loosen any bits left from the chicken and shrimp. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Combine: Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp back into the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
